Maple-citrus Vodka with Rosemary


  • thin lemon slices, washed
  • thin orange slices, washed
  • 1 bottle of vodka (750 ml)
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  1. Place citrus fruit slices in a large pitcher with an airtight lid.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Seal and refrigerate 3 weeks.
  3. Strain before serving in small, chilled glasses.

#desert tip: To make a refreshing granita with this vodka, add an equal quantity of water, freeze 12 hours and scrape with a fork. Serve in tiny glasses.
